We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates to join our team at Play It Again Sports. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with finding the right equipment, and ensuring our store is organized and fully stocked. We need someone to join our team that can handle a variety of responsibilities. We would expect the right person to become a key holder within 30 days of hire date and share the duties of opening or closing. You would need to be comfortable greeting and approaching customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Manage inventory control, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash register transactions.
- Train and supervise sales associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Assist in purchasing decisions and maintain organized merchandise displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
