Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Key Holder/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping environment while leading and motivating the retail staff to achieve store goals.
Current Café Hours:
Sunday-Saturday 7a-8p
*Must be available to work evenings/nights and weekends*
Duties
- Open and/or close the shop following proper procedures
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Perform all barista duties as needed, including drink preparation and cash handling
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or food service role (leadership experience a must)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy—especially when opening/closing
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to motivate a team.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
