Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. Must have a love of fitness and an outgoing, energizing personality! Offering part time hours (1-3 shifts/week).
This opportunity is perfect for someone balancing school or another part-time job with the added bonus of hitting the bags from time to time for that much needed stress release!
Kickboxing experience is not needed but is definitely considered an asset. We will provide all the necessary physical training needed to be successful in this role.
The Trainer is responsible for teaching and assessing the technical skill of our members while motivating, encouraging and pushing them to achieve success on the circuit.
Responsibilities
- Teach and motivate members utilizing kickboxing programs tailored to meet the needs of our clientele, as designed by Franchise.
- Teach fundamental skills in boxing, kickboxing, and some self defense.
- Maintain a high energy training floor at all times.
- Some shifts will consist of follow up and lead generation/admin duties.
- Ensuring safety protocols and proper form is followed during all training sessions is a must.
Requirements
- Ability to complete and demonstrate circuit and physical activities as needed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring women of all ages and physical fitness levels
- Previous experience in physical education or personal training is a plus, but not required!
