Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes which incorporate various disciplines.
- Create and implement workout routines that cater to the needs and goals of participants
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Offer modifications and adaptations for different fitness levels and abilities
- Maintain a safe and clean workout environment
- Keep track of attendance and participant progress
- Assist with fitness sales and membership sign-ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness instruction
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., Functional Fitness, Weightlifting, Kids Coaching, CrossFit, Personal Training, Etc. )
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, including young kids (6-14yrs)
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels and abilities
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
Note: Additional qualifications such as CPR certification or experience in fitness sales may be preferred or required depending on the specific position.
