We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role requires effective leadership and a commitment to food safety standards. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen trustees, ensuring quality food preparation, and maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen trustees in food preparation and cooking
- Coordinate and oversee food production
- Manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry is a plus but will train the right candidate.
-Must pass a background investigation
-No domestic violence convictions
-No convictions for crimes of moral turpitude
-No pending criminal charges
-Must be available to work any schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays
-Highly principled ethics and moral character
-A true desire to serve and protect the public
-Must have High School diploma or GED certificate
-Must pass drug screening
-Must have a valid driver's license.
