Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for data management, personnel check-in, and ensuring adherence to hotel quarantine guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Background in hazardous materials shipping and manifesting.
- Familiar with Helipass.
- Conduct orientation and check in personnel.
- Transfer data into computer files or database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Update spreadsheets with name changes and verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Work with hotels to maintain guidelines for hotel quarantine.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Sort and organize paperwork to ensure it is not lost.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficient with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong people management skills.
- Procedure-driven with the ability to execute and seek efficiencies in procedures.
