Job Description:
As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you will work as part of a dynamic team to install various landscaping and construction projects. Your role will involve using tools and equipment to perform labor-intensive tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to develop skills in landscape construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of Deck and Fences
- Assist with the installation of Artificial Turf
- Assist with the installation of Hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.)
- Digging, planting, leveling, and grading soil and other materials.
- Operate landscaping machinery, including skid steers, mini-excavators, and other power tools.
- Help with the installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete tasks on time and within project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape construction or related field
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in landscape construction.
