The ideal candidates will be responsible for various outdoor tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and business lawns. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Crew members will engage in activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulch installation, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, etc.

Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and machinery for landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, mulch installation, leaf removal, etc.
- Maintain grounds by performing regular upkeep of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks effectively and safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment and performing duties.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in work performed.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care, hardscaping, and other landscaping techniques.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer is preferred but not required.
- English speaker (bilingual is a plus but not required).
Job Details
- Monday - Friday work schedule
- We meet at our shop in Olathe as early as 7 or 8
