Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, concierge-style maintenance services that improve the livability of each client’s outdoor space
- Foster a professional working dynamic with the crew, providing continual coaching and accountability
- Effectively lead the crew in the servicing of high-end gardens and accounts across your route
- Successfully operate and maintain ground equipment and power equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the management of landscape maintenance work or estimating OR a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar study OR associate’s degree in a related field.
- Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
- Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle report
- Strength, stamina, mobility, and ability to carry 80 pounds
