COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE ESTIMATOR & MANAGER
RESONSIBILITIES
- Estimating, bidding and selling commercial maintenance & installation projects
- Managing maintenance & installation crews
- Tracking profitability of projects and contracts
- Ordering supplies for installation projects
- Training employees
- Making sure projects are done on time and in budget
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in Horticulture
- Selling and managing commercial accounts
- Bidding commercial accounts
- Profit analysis of commercial projects
- Supervisor
- Running and transporting skid steers & excavators
- Pulling large trailers
- Installation of plants and sod
- Installation of segmental retaining walls
- Installation of flagstone and pavers
- Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
KEY COMPETENCIES
· Computer skills specifically in Word, Excel and Windows
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· A desire to sale, learn and be the best
· A passion for service excellence

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
