Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, gardening, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig, prepare soil, and plant flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
