Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful gardens and landscapes. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality lawn care and grounds keeping services while fostering a positive work environment. The candidate must have a valid Drivers License capable of being added to our commercial policy.
Duties
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the landscape maintenance team.
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the maintenance of gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working order.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and groundskeeping standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
