We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Large Format Production Specialist to join our sign and graphics shop. If you know your way around wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and production finishing equipment — and take pride in delivering high-quality results — this is your opportunity to thrive in a growing, creative environment.
Your Role:
As our Large Format Production Specialist, you’ll take the lead on producing a wide range of signage and visual graphics — from concept to completion — all within our state-of-the-art production shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate wide-format printers (Mimaki, roll to roll digital printer) to produce signs, decals, banners, and wall/window graphics
- Handle vinyl graphics – weed, mask, apply to various substrates with precision and consistency
- Lamination & finishing – operate laminators, trimmers, and cutting equipment to complete jobs professionally
- Material prep – cut substrates (ACM, PVC, foam board, etc.) using panel saws and trimmers
- Quality control – ensure prints are accurate, clean, and finished to our high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in large format print production (print shop, sign shop, or related industry)
- Hands-on expertise
- Comfortable with tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Team player – reliable, positive attitude, and great communication skills
