We are looking for a talented and driven Lash Technician who:
- Is a beauty enthusiast with a passion for creating stunning transformations.
- Possesses a warm & positive attitude.
- Is able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of lash and brow services - including extensions, lifts, tints, waxes, etc.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend products to enhance results.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Conduct thorough skin and lash assessments to make personalized treatment and product recommendations.
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services provided and products used during appointments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to consistently offer the highest quality services.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license.
- Proven experience in lash extensions and/or related services.
- A passion for beauty and a strong focus on client care.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
