Job Overview
The Late Point Conversion Technician is responsible for customizing printers as needed by our customers. This can include installing printer options, updating firmware and/or loading custom configuration files.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing printer options, testing, and configuring thermal printers.
- Diagnose/ Troubleshoot issues when configuring printers and replace parts as needed.
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure the printers are in good working condition before packaging.
- Verify all materials stated on the work order are in place at the time of starting a job.
- Record product information of work performed on printers.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Computer experience to enter information on work completed.
- Mechanical/ electronic experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong desire to learn with can do attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot/ investigate issues when doing installation of parts.
- Must demonstrate aptitude to work in a team environment.
- Possess attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
