Job Overview: Pure Spin Laundry is looking for a friendly and reliable Laundromat Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling wash/dry/fold services, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Perform wash, dry, and fold services promptly and accurately
- Keep the laundromat clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing machines and surfaces
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Contribute to customer retention through excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Dependable and punctual
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Hours:
- Flexible hours available in 5-8 hour shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
