Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual and a commitment to providing great customer service. This role involves assisting guests with operation of machines and kiosk, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. You will be provided with ON-SITE living quarters for no more then yourself and a spouse. for the duration of your employment. We are looking for a long term dedicated individual to manager this store 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their inquiries.
- Assist guests with our wash, dry and fold services as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including equipment and supplies.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL TO BE A CANDIDATE
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in cleaning and maintaining facilities to high standards.
- Ability to work independently
