We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and towels are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures.
- Inspect linens and garments for stains or damages and take appropriate action.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
- Assist with dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to various departments.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to laundry operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in laundry operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of various fabric care requirements.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $14.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
