High-volume, fast-paced plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a reliable litigation law clerk. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Legal research and writing
· Drafting Complaints
· Drafting discovery
· Reviewing medical records
· Drafting demand letters
· Drafting motions and memoranda of law
· Communicating with clients and witnesses
· Communicating with attorneys, other law clerks, and staff
Must be organized, detail oriented, efficient and able to prioritize a heavy case load in a fast-paced environment. One-on-one training and support will be provided. Law firm experience is preferred, but a JD is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
