Small business with incidental Treasury futures hedging privileges seeks law firm owner to provide limited ad hoc services through strategic employment partnership in consideration for institutional sized helping of revenue share from the world's most liquid market.
Responsibilities
- Act as counsel in litigation as need arises, if need arises.
- Draft/review occasional contracts.
- Act as liaison with certain vendors as the need arises.
- Give opinion about legal issues as need arises.
- Attend monthly board meeting.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of business law principles.
- Experience working in a law office setting preferred.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, eCFR, etc.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to pay dues to nonprofit in amount of $1k/mo.
Compensation is going to be a lot more than most lawyers earn, and potentially into 7 figure territory. We'll also repay your student loans in full.

Pay: $64,133.05 - $1,000,000.00 per year
