Pristine Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing professional lawn care services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring that clients' outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and blowing debris.
- Operate and maintain various lawn care tools and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers).
- Follow job site safety protocols and ensure the safe handling of chemicals and tools.
- Assist in landscape installations, such as laying sod, planting, and mulching.
- Inspect lawns and plants for signs of damage, pests, or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete scheduled jobs efficiently.
- Clean and organize equipment and work spaces at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds keeping is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
- License: Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on company policy.
- Soft Skills: Punctuality, teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical, and vision exam
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver's License
- Possess a valid checking or savings account upon employment acceptance
- Proficiency in operating an iPad and field software
- Ability to read maps, designs, and instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
