Lawn Care Supervisor
OVERVIEW
JJB Scapes is a small, local lawn care and landscaping company and we are expanding! We are seeking a qualified candidate to manage a lawn care crew. This person will have experience in lawn care, preferably experience in a leadership position. A good understanding of small engine repair a plus. Must have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
1. -driving the company truck to each job location
2. -running a zero turn mower
3. -supervising a laborer on weed eating, edging, blowing
4. -stepping in to complete additional job tasks to make deadlines and maintain efficiency
5. -have excellent customer service skills in interacting with clients
6. -report to business owner daily
7. -may occasionally assist landscape crew on hard scapes and landscape install jobs as needed.
SPECIFICATIONS
We hold a high standard of excellence in everything we do. We pay an hourly rate, but we also pay for performance. Bonuses will be paid based on performance. Full time lawn care routes start in April. This position runs full time, March through mid-December. Part time hours will be offered in January and February. This is not a part time position. Full time only. This is a dirty job and requires a genuine hard worker. You will work outdoors in the Georgia heat.
