About Us:
We are an expanding, family-owned lawncare company, and we are looking for new team members who want to expand with us. Although prior experience with lawn care or landscaping is needed, the most important attributes that we are looking for in new team members are reliability, teachability, and communication. If you are willing to show up, do the work assigned to the best of your ability, be willing to learn new skills and/or sharpen old ones, and will strive to communicate professionally with your supervisors, customers, and crew members, we can teach you the rest. It is important to note that all available positions will require rigorous, out-door, physical activity in a variety of weather conditions. Each employee, regardless of their position, will know (or learn) how to operate a variety of mowers, a weed eater, edger, blower, and hedge trimmer.
Day-to-day Expectations:
A typical day for all our team members starts promptly at 7am. Team members will meet at the same location each morning and be dressed and prepared to share a company vehicle to job sites. Because we will be sharing a vehicle, it is important that each team member brings any and all needed personal and clothing items, lunch, snacks, and water containers every day. We must be prepared to work quickly and efficiently in a variety of weather conditions (especially heat and rain) all day. Our days typically end no later than 4pm (sometimes earlier).
If our company sounds like a good fit for you, we encourage you to apply for the position outlined below. We look forward to reviewing your application.
