Duties
- Managing a lawn treatment route, completing each round within a six week window.
- Building relationships with customers, many of whom have been with our company for 10+ years.
- Communicating openly and consistently with our office staff while out in the field.
- Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage time and work independently on a tight route schedule.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods throughout the day.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on commission.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
