The Lead at Rastelli Foods Group is responsible for supporting production managers and supervisors to meet productivity goals by leading teams in production assembly, inventory management, cost control, safety, quality, and team effectiveness. This full-time hourly role involves managing customer orders, maintaining inventories, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, performing regular safety and quality inspections, and requires 3 to 5 years of production experience along with physical ability to handle demanding tasks in a cold and wet environment.
