SUMMARY
Develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control by performing the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide finance support to the Logistics organization, including building relationships with key business partners and supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Develop period-end financial insights to drive improved business performance and generate insights to aid business management.
- Prepare analyses in support of the organization’s annual budget process, expense trends and outlooks, or statistical reporting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Analyze and leverage understanding of functional financial metrics to advise finance and business partner leaders.
- Responsible for complex financial analyses and reports for Logistics management.
- May provide coaching and direction to less experienced analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or other related area; CPA or CMA preferred, 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing business metrics such as cost structures, efficiency & expense management, etc.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235 per year to $136,765 per year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
