The Font Group is seeking an experienced rental agent that can hit the ground running and close deals from the first week.
$300/weekly draw to get the candidate started, to be deducted from future commissions.
Must be Licensed and very highly experienced and capable.
Work is completely remote and there is no "going into the office"
Must be able to independently speak with landlords and get rental listings without training or help. Must know how to market them and conduct open houses and the whole process a to z.
Must be able to easily handle renters and get those applications in and get units rented.
Looking for someone that can commit full time and with the high energy to close many deals per week.
Ideally closing a minimum* of one to two rentals PER WEEK. (4-8 per month)
Must be very moral and ethical and place relationships and excellence first.
Candidate should be aiming to make at least $3,000-$5,000 per week and should be realistic about the hustle required to get there.
Must know how to prospect, handle situations, and generally be fully self sufficient.
Bonus if candidate is experienced and capable of closing voucher deals as well and can consistently close them.

The Font Group is looking to grow its rental side as we are primarily a sales firm as well as prepare the next addition to our team for success in a sales career as a top broker.
The candidate will assist in growing our rental side while being prepared for a simultaneous transition into sales.
Candidate must be open to training as we are not just looking for a successful rental agent, we are looking to evolve that rental agent into a successful top sales broker as well.
Being able to hit the ground running and consistently close rental deals is just the pre-requisite so candidate can comfortably transition into top sales.
70/30 split on all transactions. No desk fees or monthly fees or sign up fees or anything of the sort.
Due to the immersive and time consuming aspect of training and mentoring, we are only looking for one candidate at this time.
Candidate will be mentored personally by the Principal Broker - not a "trainer" or "manager".
If you do not meet the above experience requirements, you are welcome to join us as a regular agent as well, which would be just a normal 70/30 split.
