Job Details:
- Shift: 1st
- Hours: [MON-FRI] 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection audits using manual inspection equipment and CMM's
- Complete First Article Inspections to get CNC, Swiss, and Screw machines running quickly
- Perform a final inspection upon completion of part
- Set up machinists with proper gages or tools to check critical features at machines
- Manage non-conformance issues
- Assist machinists on the floor with quality issues that may arise
- Manage and ensure calibration of gaging, calipers, mics, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- 1+ year(s) of quality assurance / inspection experience
- ERP experience, and/or experience with software and spreadsheets
- Driven individual who works and communicates well in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills that allow for the quality management of several part numbers at once
