Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a critical role in supporting the Assistant Manager and cleaning crews to ensure cleaning services meet the highest quality standards. This person will perform regular inspections, identify performance gaps, coach cleaning staff, and help develop processes that uphold our standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on leadership responsibilities and advance with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections on commercial job sites to verify compliance with established cleaning protocols and quality standards.
- Identify areas where cleaning work does not meet expectations and provide immediate, constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in training new and existing cleaning staff members on proper techniques, procedures, and quality expectations.
- Help create and update cleaning procedures, inspection checklists, and quality control systems.
- Track and report on quality metrics, inspection outcomes, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
- Respond professionally to client feedback and work with teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Support scheduling and operational tasks as needed, especially in larger or more complex cleaning operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in cleaning, hospitality, operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, quality assurance, or team supervision is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
- Effective communicator who can provide feedback respectfully and clearly.
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Proficiency with inspection/reporting tools, mobile apps, or Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
