We are seeking a Lead Reach Out/Patient Care Coordinator for a high-end, concierge integrative medical practice. Responsibilites
Reaching out to potential patients, discussing the practice and services with them, as well as facilitating booking of appointments.
Discuss with patients details of their personalized treatment plans, including recommendations from our medical providers.
Facilitate the start of recommended programs, ensuring seamless communication with patients regarding their treatment recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the practice’s services, programs, and integrative health approach.
Ensure all patient interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
