Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Slot Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware and networking, as well as mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance of slot machines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Utilize hand tools to perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Provide field service support for gaming machines at various locations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gaming equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with other technicians to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and networking principles is essential.
- Experience reading schematics and using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other duties will include customer service on the gaming floor and small bar, general maintenance, and other duties that occur while working in a Hotel/Casino.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
