Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Lead Solutions Architect to join the Kovr.ai team as a customer-facing technical leader. You will design and implement scalable, secure solutions that help enterprise and federal clients modernize their compliance processes using our GenAI-powered platform.
Working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise security compliance, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable compliance outcomes. You'll partner closely with our sales team to accelerate deal velocity and ensure successful customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Leadership
- Drive technical aspects of complex B2B sales cycles, conducting discovery sessions, solution architecture workshops, and ROI-focused proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Lead technical win strategies for deals involving $100K+ annual contract values
- Present to C-level executives and technical decision makers across government and enterprise accounts
Solution Architecture & Implementation
- Design enterprise-scale architectures that integrate Kovr AI's platform with existing DevSecOps toolchains and compliance workflows
- Create detailed implementation plans for RMF authorization processes, continuous monitoring architectures, and evidence collection automation
- Architect solutions across cloud and hybrid environments supporting IL2-IL6 requirements
Customer Success Partnership
- Serve as ongoing technical advisor ensuring customer success, identifying expansion opportunities, and building reference relationships
- Guide customers through technical integration processes and compliance framework implementations
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on compliance outcomes and platform optimization
Product Strategy Contribution
- Translate customer feedback and real-world use cases into actionable product requirements
- Participate in product roadmap discussions, representing customer voice and market insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams on feature prioritization and technical specifications
Market Development
- Represent Kovr AI at industry conferences, compliance forums, and federal technology events
- Develop technical content including white papers, case studies, and best practice guides
- Build relationships with systems integrators, compliance consultants, and technology partners
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise (Must Have)
- 5+ years of solution architecture or systems engineering experience in enterprise/federal IT environments
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks: NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, RMF, FISMA, or CMMC
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP) and multi-cloud architectures
- Proficiency in DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Chainguard, Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD)
- Experience with API development, integration patterns, and enterprise system architectures
Customer-Facing Experience (Must Have)
- 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer success roles with enterprise B2B software
- Proven track record of supporting complex technical sales cycles ($50K+ ACV)
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience translating technical capabilities into business value propositions
- Demonstrated success in customer implementation and adoption processes
Business Acumen (Must Have)
- Ability to conduct ROI analyses and business value assessments
- Understanding of enterprise procurement processes and sales methodologies
- Experience with quota-carrying responsibilities or sales target achievement
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Technical Skills
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and unstructured data processing
- Background in AI/ML solution implementation at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with natural language processing and machine learning concepts
Compliance Specialization
- Direct experience with ATO processes, SSP development, and RMF implementation
- Knowledge of GRC tools and compliance automation platforms
- Understanding of federal procurement processes and SEWP/CIO-SP3 contracting vehicles
- Experience with DoD Impact Level requirements and classified environment deployments
Certifications & Clearances
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CISA)
- Active federal security clearance (Secret or above preferred)
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum)
