Job Title: Leadership Administrative Director
Job Summary:
The Leadership Administrative Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of a leadership team within an organization. This includes coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the leadership team.
2. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed by the leadership team.
4. Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents.
5. Assist with project management and team coordination.
6. Ensure effective communication within the leadership team and with other departments.
7. Provide administrative support to ensure the team's goals and objectives are met.
8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9. Monitor and manage budgets and expenses for the team.
10. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other common business software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
