CTMM is looking for you to join our team as our Leasing Associate for our newest lease-up community, The Waldon, Melissa, Texas.
As a Leasing Associate your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with all customers including prospects, residents, and vendors
- Promoting and marketing on all formats of social media as well as outreach marketing
- Manage the leasing processes from prospective resident information gathering, touring guests, following up on leads, leasing apartment homes, screening applicants, accurate lease document management and securing renewal leases for current residents
- Creatively plan and execute community events
- Prepare a weekly comp study to help understand, develop, and promote pricing for apartment homes and other rentable items
- Assist the team with all other essential tasks to ensure top-notch presentation of curb appeal, community enhancement, resident satisfaction, accurate reporting, and for successful team goal achievements
- Understand and abide by all Fair Housing Laws (we will provide all the training you need)
