The Leasing Agent at TI Asset Management reports directly to on-site Property Manager(s) and acts as a key liaison between residents and third-party vendors. This role ensures properties meet company standards for profitability, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be asked to assist at multiple properties, Atlanta region, as needed.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of assigned property, ensuring adherence to TI Asset Management’s standards and policies.
- Help to ensure properties are well-maintained, physically secure, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster positive tenant relationships, address resident concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies.
- Assist with maximizing occupancy and rental income through effective strategies, collaborating directly with on-stie property manager(s)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable.
- Help respond to property emergencies and support property management.

- Substantial experience in property management
- Demonstrated expertise in property operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in property management software
- In-depth knowledge of relevant real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Real Estate license and/or industry certifications (such as CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
