We’re currently hiring a full-time Leasing Specialist to join our growing Los Angeles team. This is a great fit for someone with a background in sales or leasing, who’s looking for a company that will invest in their development and reward their performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Become a trusted resource by knowing the features, pricing, and unique perks of our communities
- Use strategic follow-ups and proactive communication to secure leases
- Support day-to-day leasing operations, from scheduling tours to processing applications
- Partner with teammates to execute on-site marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy
- Represent Orion’s values of hospitality, hustle, and accountability in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles (real estate, property management, hospitality, F&B, etc.)
- Confident communicator — in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and bonuses
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and take feedback
