Compensation:$45,000 - $52,000
Responsibilities:- Professionally answer phone calls from potential new clients, ask questions to determine the root of the problem, and schedule an appointment to meet with the attorney to establish new client relationships
- Greet clients and other visitors with a smile to create a welcoming first impression
- Gather and document information from clients related to their legal needs
- Maintain and update client database with accurate records
- Assist legal professionals as needed with administrative tasks
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems
- Ability to convey confidence on the phone, with a smile
- Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or beneath you
- Minimum of a high school diploma required
