Your Role
- Take time to understand each client’s unique financial circumstances and develop tailored insurance plans to suit their long-term goals.
- Offer personalized recommendations across a range of products, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.
- Educate clients on key financial areas such as retirement planning, risk mitigation, and wealth preservation.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships through consistent, clear, and honest communication.
- Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions, maintain accurate records, and streamline your workflow.
- Achieve and exceed performance benchmarks while complying with industry regulations.
- Keep your industry knowledge sharp with ongoing learning around new trends, products, and strategies.
- Identify opportunities to offer broader solutions that provide more complete financial support.
What You Bring to the Table
- A current and valid life insurance license authorized in Texas
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial advising, or a related client-focused role
- A consultative, solutions-based approach to sales, backed by a history of delivering value and results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that help build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRMs to manage leads and client follow-up efficiently
- A proactive, growth-driven mindset with a passion for helping others achieve financial peace of mind
