Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients.
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in sales administration tasks, including maintaining client databases and documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
