About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Retention Agent to join our Life Insurance Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing policy rewrites, redates, and other in-force policy changes with accuracy and care. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure policy modifications are processed in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage requests for rewrites, redates, and other life insurance policy updates
- Ensure compliance with product guidelines and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with underwriting, commissions, and customer service teams
- Communicate with agents and policyholders to clarify or gather additional info
- Accurately maintain and update policy records in internal systems
- Prioritize and track tasks to meet service-level agreements
- Support audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives
✅ Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in life insurance, policy administration, or a similar role
- Familiarity with life insurance products, terminology, and policy changes
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, Five-9, Salesforce or policy systems is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
