We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while monitoring pool activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including water quality and cleanliness.
- Assist in pool maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and safety checks.
Skills
- Proficient in swimming with strong swimming skills.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid; additional lifeguard certification is preferred.
- Experience in guest services to enhance patron interactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or rescue operations.
- Strong observational skills to identify potential hazards or emergencies promptly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
