Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or incidents, providing appropriate care and assistance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing swimmers’ questions or concerns.
- Perform regular pool inspections and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic facility.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior lifeguard experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols are essential.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patrons and team members.
Additional Requirements:
- This position may involve heavy lifting and routine cleaning responsibilities.
