Reports To: Supervisor, Warehousing
Classification: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Purpose of the Job
What You'll Do
Pull and move inventory as directed by the Supervisor to maintain appropriate stock levels across all locations
Complete inventory paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Perform Inventory Maintenance transactions that accurately reflect all inventory movement
Unbox, identify, and label inventory correctly to support shelf replenishment
Determine correct quantities of inventory for shelving or bulk storage
Consistently meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks
Report damages according to established procedures and communicate issues to the Supervisor
Track and report individual daily production statistics for management review
Help maintain clean, organized, and safe inventory areas
Accurately shelve product in the correct locations, verifying product against paperwork
Complete shelving paperwork accurately, noting any shelf-to-shelf moves clearly
Maintain inventory integrity by straightening and organizing shelves during shelving tasks
Palletize, wrap, and deliver product to the correct inventory areas
Sign for deliveries and sort incoming shipments, unloading products from delivery trucks
Locate pallets and assign them to appropriate bulk storage locations
Ensure partial and multi-box shipments are processed accurately and efficiently
Operate company forklifts, WAVE machines, and vehicles to support safe and efficient product movement
What We're Looking For
Must demonstrate product knowledge as required by level of position
Must be able to operate specialized inventory computer systems (including Optical Pattern Identifier) to level required by position
Must be able to independently structure and organize regular working activities
Must be able to follow detailed procedures and recognize detailed differences in product
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Must be able to work in a pressured, high-volume work environment
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be familiar with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have organized work habits and be willing to maintain orderly and clean work area
Must follow all safety regulations
Standing, walking, bending, and stooping required – often for long periods of time
Must be able to occasionally push, pull and climb ladders safely
Must be able to occasionally push and pull product carts safely
Must be physically strong and able to frequently lift, move, and stack up to 50 pounds
Should possess a strong commitment to providing excellent service to Replacements’ internal and external customers
Must be certified to operate a forklift, WAVE/Joey and a manual & electric pallet jack
Must be capable of operating Replacements’ 26’ company truck and maintain a valid Class C drivers’ license, with a clean driving record
