Job Description:
Join a high-performing real estate team as a Marketing & Listing Coordinator. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys creating compelling content, and has a sharp eye for design and brand alignment. You’ll play a vital role in elevating property marketing, building brand presence, and ensuring every listing shines—online and offline.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding
- Design polished listing brochures, flyers, postcards, and digital graphics using Canva
- Develop marketing templates and branding packages for new listings
- Coordinate print and digital ad creation and scheduling
- Maintain cohesive visual branding across all platforms
Social Media & Content
- Manage and update all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and post listing announcements, behind-the-scenes content, and market insights
- Assist in writing listing copy, property descriptions, and engaging social content
- Track and report on social media performance and growth
Listing Management
- Create and organize all listing marketing assets for each property launch
- Coordinate listing timelines, professional photography, videography, and print orders
- Maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of all collateral
Ideal Candidate
- Highly skilled in Canva and other basic design tools
- Familiar with real estate marketing and listing processes (experience in the industry a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple listings at once
- Strong written communication and creative flair
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Bonus Skills (not required but appreciated)
- Experience with Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Google Drive, and MLS platforms
- Photography/videography skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.05 - $28.96 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
