Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support complex commercial litigation in California state and federal courts across all phases, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal
- Develop litigation strategies for Fortune 500 clients, entertainment and media conglomerates, global financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage casework involving pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with senior partners, expert witnesses, and in-house counsel on high-impact cases, often with national or precedent-setting implications
- Draft sophisticated legal memoranda, trial briefs, and appellate filings
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably at an Am Law 100 firm or elite litigation boutique
- Admission to the California Bar is required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, high-value litigation
- Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom skills
- Experience with class actions, business torts, securities litigation, and contract disputes highly preferred
- Strong academic record from a top-tier law school
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $185,000 to $285,000 based on experience
