Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases
- Develop and execute litigation strategies for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
- Work directly with senior partners, clients, and expert witnesses in high-profile, often precedent-setting cases
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-level memoranda, briefs, and legal opinions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with an Am Law 100 or top litigation boutique
- Admission to the New York Bar is required
- Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
- Outstanding writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom skills
- Experience with class actions, securities litigation, business torts, and contract disputes is highly valued
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $185,000 to $285,000 depending on experience
