We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical counseling services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Utilize techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate client progress.
- Engage in child family counseling to support the mental health of children and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of social work practices.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in behavioral health and geriatrics.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in clinical counseling with a focus on geriatrics or child family counseling is preferred.
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.23 - $42.80 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
