Description:
Alaska Vein Care is seeking a Locum Vein Specialist to join our care team. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to travel across Alaska while providing high-quality vein care in both urban and remote communities.
Whether you’re experienced in vein care or new to the specialty, we offer comprehensive training, a flexible schedule, and a collaborative, supportive team environment. Our practice travels as a group and covers five established vein clinic locations throughout the state.

Qualifications:
MD or DO, with a current Alaska medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Background in vein care, internal medicine, family medicine, or surgery is welcome
Ultrasound experience is a strong plus
Vein care experience is appreciated, but not required – training available
Comfortable with travel and adapting to multiple clinical settings
Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
