Compensation for this role: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. DOE

Specific Responsibilities
Review incoming orders to ensure material orders are accurate
Places orders via order forms, declining balance and/or e-mail, Remarcable/BA1000
Receiving material and checking it against invoice and order
Tracking back orders and missing material
Maintaining material racking and staging material per job# and PWO#
Using computer skills to maintain orders, track material and communicate with customers, prefab and vendors
Operate a forklift, broom, shovel, wheelbarrow etc. as necessary for clean-up purposes
Helping load and unload prefab trucks
Supervise material handlers
Other duties as may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of:
- Safety and Safe working practices
- Material used in the electrical field
- Tools required to keep the job site clean, broom, shovel, trash can, wheelbarrow, dust pan, etc.
Skill in:
- Safety and working safely
- Working with little supervision
- Customer service
- Effective written and oral communication sufficient to be able to elicit and communicate information and achieve understanding
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, vendors, consultants, management, and employees
- Organizing work to accomplish tasksComputers and operating systems such as outlook and bluebeam
Ability to
- Use and operate a Forklift
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. The physical requirements can often be completed repetitively and for extended periods of time. These requirements include:
- Driving
- Sitting
- Climbing
- Lifting, floor to chest (up to 50lbs)
- Lifting, floor to waist (up to 50lbs)
- Lifting, waist to overhead (up to 30lbs each arm)
- Carrying (up to 50lbs)
- Standing
- Stooping
- Vision acuity (near, far and without color deficiencies)
- Walking
- Kneeling
- Trimming (final installation of electrical devices)
- Pushing (up to 100lbs)
- Pulling (up to 100lbs)
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience sufficient to demonstrate stability in a job along with a clean background check is required. Strong work ethic and communication skills are also required along with strong communication and computer skills.
