Summary: Logistics Sales Executive (Supply Chain & Logistics) are responsible for prospecting, presenting services to new trucking authorities, ensuring proper documentation (often electronic) for Owner Operator agreements and proposals, existing Lease on Operator engagement, and continuous communication with management.
Essential Job Duties:
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery time lines

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Must read and write in English
- Ability to prove you are authorized to work in the United States
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- Residential and Commercial Moving industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience
Physical Demands:
- Ability to operate computer, tablet, phone and other office equipment as needed
- Ability to work effectively using electronics for long periods of time
- Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position from home with or without reasonable accommodation.
